NPS and PSoneClassics

Question

I've downloaded  Vagrant Story and it gives me an error, doing some research i discovered that it is related to some keys.bin but i'm unable do find such file or even generate one and the PKG tools that i have does not generate one from the PKG downloaded from NPS. Is there a work around? I tried on my PSP 3000. Guess i'm going to search for manually for the eboots now.

Note to admins or mods: This needs to be moved to the community support page thingy :KannaWave:

Umm... what is the specific error it's giving you? Do you have NoNpDrm running?
Please login or register to see this link.

NPS from memory extracted the PKG for you and gave you a folder you put in your apps folder and used VitaShell to install it...

I can't say the error code now, cause i just deleted the game and downloaded a custom made Vagrant Story eboot. But ye i do have nodrm running, all good on vita side, problem is on PSP adrealine running the NPS psxgames. My solution for now is just grabbing eboots from the internerd instead of getting the PKGs.

yeah i just remembered that ps1 classics are eboots and need to be ran through adrealine:embarrassedruri:
But we do have a nice collection of ps1 eboots here :Ohohoho:

And at some point I have to do a tutorial for turning any ps1 game into a eboot :maplestare:

But yeah I got distracted... Umm yeah so I think it might have something to do with how the PKG are getting unpacked but idk why that would be a keys.bin issues yon4hra.png
I really wish i could test this out for you and wright something up but my vita is RIP so I can't :aquacry: sooo someone else might have to look into this but if you have a work around then that's OK I guess 19jq5b5.gif

I made a tutorial for making Eboots (actually more of a guide since someone already made one on Reddit) over here though it's mixed with the Adrenaline thread:

@hentaikun sooo going back to the KEYS.BIN files thing, as I was going through my ps1 eboots I found a few of them that had a keys file and they all seem to be the same so you can have a go a this one and see if that help

Just place it in the game folder with the eboot

Now I don't know if this is a keys file for my vita or it's a genial file but yeah it just what I had...

Thank yo. I'v tried using the key but i get the 80029148 error. It might be that it generate a single keys.bin for each game. I've tried messing around with PKG decryptor but no luck yet.
