Gameplay images of Brave Neptunia on the Please login or register to see this link. and Please login or register to see this link. have been shared around, with the Japanese version on PS4 revealing more cloud and light effects to censor the cleavage of the females, while the Nintendo Switch version is left uncensored.

The news popped up over on the Please login or register to see this link. , where it was promptly downvoted by the anti-loli enforcers. They feel as if the censorship happening to these games on PS4 is necessary and do not want people to be made aware of it.

In the thread, however, there’s a link to a livestream over on the Please login or register to see this link. YouTube channel. The stream features nearly six hours of the final part of Brave Neptunia. At the 5:29:14 mark there’s a CG image that reveals that the entire hot springs bath scene has been strongly censored on the PS4 with additional steam and light to cover up the girls’ naughty bits.

Users over on GameFaqs captured and uploaded the CG images from the PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions of Brave Neptunia, which revealed that the PS4 version has more steam covering up the girls. You can check out the comparison below.

As you can see, the cleavage area has been censored more with steam, along with more light that hides the shininess and plumpness of the boobs. There’s also added censorship for the girls’ midriff, with their navels barely being visible in the scene, mostly masked by the white steamy light around their mid-sections.

In two separate comparison shots we also see in the full CG image on the Nintendo Switch version that the entire butt crack of the character is visible within the screen. There’s also the clear visibility of boobs in the background with no light or steam. The image is obviously not safe for work.

Now compare that to the same scene featured in the PlayStation 4 version in Japan. As you can see, the butt crack is cropped out and hidden by the dialogue box, and the cleavage for all of the characters is hidden by the mysterious white steamy light.

[Update:] Apparently more scenes have been censored on the PS4 version of Brave Neptunia as well, including a scene involving Vert playing games on the floor. As you can see in the video below from NepGear at the 2:29:00 mark, you can see that the image is cropped just above her crotch so you can’t see her panties.

In the original sample CG art that was released for the game, you could see the character’s panties while she was on the floor. A NSFW sub-reddit called Please login or register to see this link. posted up the uncensored version of the image. You can compare the two below, with the PS4 version at the top and the original uncensored CG art at the bottom.

The PS4 censorship is similar to what happened with the initial censorship of Nora to Ouja to Noraneko Heart, which also had the Please login or register to see this link. , but later they switched it and Please login or register to see this link. on PS4. The Switch version of Nora to Ouja to Noraneko Heart has remained uncensored, however.

Another game also received the lights and steam censorship, which was Yuragi-sou no Yunna-san: Hot Spring Labyrinth, where the girls had their cleavage, mid-riff and thighs Please login or register to see this link. on the PS4 version of the game.

Now on the upside, the one image that everyone thought would be censored on the PS4 actually isn’t censored on the PS4. Yes, the main character in Brave Neptunia standing with the stick where you can clearly see her panties, is still uncensored in the PS4 version.

So I’m not sure how that image managed to escape Please login or register to see this link. , but it did. Unfortunately the hot spring scene did not escape Sony’s wrath and was quite heavily censored from what it was originally intended to be.

Now it’s also possible that the Switch version could always get hit with a post-launch censorship update when it does release, similar to what happened with Please login or register to see this link. but so far Nintendo hasn’t been messing with any third-party games released on the Switch and most of the titles that have been censored on the PS4 have not been censored on the Switch. In fact, some games have gone in the complete opposite direction, like Please login or register to see this link. on the Switch getting the 4D Jiggle Physics option while the Please login or register to see this link. .

Brave Neptunia is set to release in the West as Super Neptunia RPG from Compile Heart and Idea Factory International for the PS4 and Nintendo Switch in 2019. Expect the censorship from the PS4’s Japanese version to carry over into the Western release as well. If Compile Heart doesn’t have a change of heart and censor the Switch version, then Nintendo Switch owners will basically receive the definitive version of the game.

I did reach out to Compile Heart to confirm if the Nintendo Switch version will receive the same kind of censorship as the PlayStation 4 version, and if they decide to respond the article will be updated with their response.

For Fred f**ks sake, if this happens for future fan-service type games after the life cycle of the PS4 and now the upcoming PS5 (or Next PlayStation), i'm moving to the Nintendo Switch and PC and not supporting the PS5 until they veto the policy, this is ridiculous.

Here is the Change.org petition if you guys want to sign and fight against censorship.

LOL wow I guess Sony wants to fall even further behind the Switch. :D Sony was regarded as the mature older gamer's console and Nintendo for the younger audiences. Now looks like that's about to change!

Another Hyperdimension Neptunia game for me to skip though and not because of censors, because they always leave out best girl 5pb.

Ubisoft's online shooter sequel The Division 2 is mere days away from its March 15th launch now, but PS4 owners might want to prepare themselves for a bit of an extended wait before play can commence; the game's day one update on PS4 will weigh in at a mammoth 90GB.
That's according to a new Please login or register to see this link. (as spotted by Please login or register to see this link. ) in which Ubisoft warns PS4 players who've opted to purchase The Division 2's physical edition that they should expect an 88-92GB download on launch day. "If you purchased a physical copy of the game, begin installing from the disc," it explains. "Provided you are online, your console will simultaneously download Title Update 1 while you install it."
Ubisoft also notes that the the final HDD install size on PS4 will be between 88-92GB, for both the digital and disc versions. In other words, it sounds like physical owners are essentially being asked to download the entire game from scratch when release day comes.
It's obviously a whopper of a download (even Please login or register to see this link. , one of the larger in recent memory, looks positively dainty in comparison) although it's not entirely clear why. According to Ubisoft's same support page, Xbox One and PC players should "expect a 48-52GB download" on launch day, meaning that the PlayStation 4 update is, for some reason, almost twice the size of other versions.
All of which is to say that you probably shouldn't bank on playing The Division 2 soon after launch if you've plumped for the physical release, regardless of platform. And if you're on PlayStation 4, you'll have plenty of time to, say, read a book or learn a language or transcend entirely to another plane, while you wait for your download to complete.

Google’s Threat Analysis group has Please login or register to see this link. affecting Google Chrome and Windows 7 PCs yesterday (via Please login or register to see this link. ). Google said it has already patched Chrome to remediate the vulnerability on March 1, and it’s recommending users to make sure that they have already updated the web browser to version 72.0.3626.121 or newer.
As for the Windows 7 vulnerability, Google says that it already reported it to Microsoft but had to reveal it yesterday after the end of its to a 90-day disclosure deadline. The Redmond giant is said to already be working on a fix, but according to Google this vulnerability is already being exploited in targeted attacks.

As Microsoft has yet to announce when it will fix this vulnerability, Google is recommending Windows 7 users to upgrade their PCs to Windows 10. Microsoft announced yesterday that the new OS is now running on 800 million devices worldwide, but 43.93% of Windows users were still using Windows 7 in March according to Please login or register to see this link. .

MY NOTE: Just because this is currently only being used against 32 bit versions of Windows 7 does not mean that the 64 bit version is safe. No where does anyone mention that windows 7 64bit is safe either. Just that it is has not being exploited on the 64bit version yet. It's just a matter of time. Microsoft has not even announced a fix yet.  PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD UPDATE TO WINDOWS 10. ITS FREE.

Last month, Devil May Cry 5 director Hideaki Itsuno and producer Matt Walker said how they would "love" to see the popular hack and slash series on the Nintendo Switch.
Now, in a recent interview with German magazine M!, Itsuno said the latest game in the Devil May Cry series would be considered for the Switch if Capcom's April release Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen "sells well" on the platform. Below is the translation:

As for why Devil May Cry 5 wasn't announced for Nintendo's hybrid system in the first place, it's because development began before the team had access to Switch development kits.

One of the earliest Nintendo 64 titles to truly dazzle gamers was Turok: Dinosaur Hunter. At a time when many FPS titles still employed 2D sprites, this full-3D shooter really impressed and was arguably something of a killer app for the console.
It has now been confirmed that the game - alongside its sequel, Turok 2: Seeds of Evil - will be coming to the Switch. The original Turok will launch on March 18th for $19.99. Release details for Turok 2 have yet to be confirmed.
